Who is responsible for your data
Harborly, operated by Alya Kirana Aprillia in Indonesia, is the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at hello@harborly.cc.
What we collect
When you fill in our signup form: your name, your business name, your email address, your WhatsApp number if you choose to give it, which plan you are interested in, and how you arrived at our site (for example a referring website or a campaign link).
When you become a client: the review content you forward to us, notes about how your business speaks to customers, and our correspondence with you.
When you pay: your payment details are collected and held by Creem, not by us. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and basic billing information, but we never see or store your full card details.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and this website sets no cookies of its own.
Why we collect it
- To contact you after you ask for a free week — this is the reason we ask for an email address at all.
- To deliver the service — writing replies in your voice requires knowing your business and seeing the reviews you send.
- To bill you if you continue past the free week.
- To understand which channels bring people to us, using the referral information described above.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else processes it
We use a small number of established providers to run the business. Each processes data only to provide their service to us:
- Netlify — hosts this website and receives signup form submissions.
- Google Workspace — our email, so our correspondence with you is stored there.
- Creem — processes payments as merchant of record and holds billing data under its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces on this site, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
How long we keep it
Signup enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 12 months. Client records and correspondence are kept for as long as you are a client and for 12 months afterwards, except where we are required to keep billing records for longer for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@harborly.cc and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Security
We keep the number of places your information lives deliberately small, use reputable providers, and secure this site with HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not collect more than we need, which is the most effective protection there is.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you by email. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
