What you get on every plan

Harborly is a done-for-you service, not software you have to learn. You forward the reviews that come in on Google and Facebook, and we send back a written reply in your business's voice, usually within a day.

• Replies written in your voice. A short onboarding call sets your tone, how you greet customers, how you sign off, and anything you never want said publicly.
• You approve everything. Each drafted reply reaches you by email or WhatsApp before it goes anywhere public. Nothing is posted without your say-so.
• A weekly summary note. What came in, what went out, and any pattern worth knowing about — like three reviews in a month all mentioning the same wait.
• No contract. Month to month, cancel any time.

Billing

Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly. Your first week is free and no card is required to start — you only enter payment details if you decide to continue after seeing the work.

Payments are processed by Creem, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Creem handles billing, invoicing and any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your receipt comes from Creem.

Replies beyond your plan's monthly allowance are not charged automatically — we'll talk to you about moving up a plan instead.
